Pilot starts at $0 upfront on a 6-month plan. Studio is a one-time fee from $999 with no lock-in. Anything more complex gets a fixed-price quote before any work begins.
Not necessarily. We can help you write it. A rough idea of what you want to say is a good starting point, and our photography covers the visuals.
No, and that's deliberate. We hand-code our sites rather than building them on a CMS, which keeps them fast and hard to break. All changes after launch go through us: one-off updates are billed at our hourly rate, or a maintenance plan covers them as they come up, with your site kept secure and backed up at the same time.
Yes. Our maintenance plans cover security patches, backups, performance checks, and minor content updates. Pilot sites include this as part of the plan.
No. Maintenance is separate from hosting and optional on Studio and custom builds. We recommend it, though: a plan keeps your site patched and backed up, and covers content changes when you need them. Without one, updates and fixes are a billable job each time. Pilot plans include maintenance by default.
You don't have to, though we recommend it. When we host your site we control the full environment: fast, secure, and backed up, with one place to call if something breaks. On outside hosting we can't vouch for performance or security, and troubleshooting slows down because the server is out of our hands. Hosting is billed separately from maintenance, so you only pay for what you need.
Yes. The build work is the same whether you're in Devonport or Darwin, and we work with clients across Australia. For photography outside Tasmania we arrange trusted local freelancers.
